Design Prices
Custom programming and graphic design rates
vary by project size and complexity.
As the needs of each client may
vary, we keep a flexible fee structure for custom
packages. This allows you to add or remove features as
needed. Also, we will give you quote on a
per-project basis. Below is the method we use to establish a
bid.
- Initial
consultation is free and places you under no obligations.
- After going over your
requirements and desires for your site, we give you a
rough estimate based on how in-depth your project is and
based on the hours and resources we believe it will take
to complete it.
- We then work with you to ensure
we cover everything you want and may require and draw up a
full list of specifications for your site.
- Once we have all
requirements listed, we draw up a contract which includes
the full list of specifications, estimated completion
date, our quote, and other pertinent information.
- We will then submit the
contract and specification list for your approval and
signature.
-
Once
the contract has been completed, signed and any required
deposits made we will then begin the work on your site.
Note: Anything not in the original specifications of the contract will be billed separately.
There may be some additional
charges resulting from services and costs such as
- Data entry
- Excessive minor revisions
(you're allowed three "on the house")
- Major Revisions
(Revisions which almost completely change the content,
look, and/or functionality of the site, a page on the
site, or a major custom graphic)
- Special File conversions
- Image conversions or
processing (from slides to photos, for instance)
- Advanced copy proofing
and editing
- Travel costs
- Phone costs
(1) Although
the initial consultation is free, you may not use any unique
design ideas or graphic designs we may show you without
payment for our services. Any use of our work derived from our
consultations with you and/or your agent will constitute an
agreement by you to make payment to us for our services.
(2) All
services require your approval before work is performed. Most
work will also require a deposit. You will be provided with a
receipt(s) for all payments made.
